We’re looking for bright students who have completed their first academic degree (Bachelor’s degree) in social science, political science, history, international relations, law, humanities, or economics with good or excellent grades. Students interested in this degree should be interested in peace and security as well as global issues.

Eligibility:
- proof of an above-average higher education certificate that qualifies you for PhD studies (Master or recognized equivalent from an accredited higher education institution)
- an exposé for a PhD dissertation (maximum 3.500 words) that highlights the research issue and approach, as well as a state-of-the-art analysis
- a three-year strategic plan that includes financial and logistical considerations
- two letters of recommendation from professors, lecturers, or bosses

- a letter accompanied by a personal statement
